Name of Work:- NCTPS-II – SE/M-II Circle - TM Division - S.Dn.III – Unit-II - Cleaning of accumulated debris in condenser front water box, Rear water box, inlet & outlet pipe lines and bends, ACW suction lines, discharge lines, strainer filters and SS welding in PHE back wash valves during AOH for the year 2026-2027

1Charges for Cleaning of 2000 NB inlet bends,Front water box, Rear water box and outlet bend. Complete scrapping of algae & and other silt, deposited inside and outside the pipes using scrappers and clearing ,disposal of the silt to outside turbine area avoid chocking of condenser tubes by this algae & silt.Transportation and dumping to allocated location. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.
2Charges for scaffolding arrangements of 5 mtr height for cleaning of accmulated debris in condenser front water box,rear water box, inlet & outlet bends,Vacuum pump separator make up lines near Vacuum pump areas .Including cost of consumables and T&P's.
3Charges for cleaning of marine growth in ACW interconnected pipe lines in suction and discharge side,ACW pump discharge side, inside the shell, screen basket, reassembling the screen basket in the shell and fixing the same assembly in the original position and commissioning etc.Including cost of consumables and T&P's.
4Charges for S.S welding of one full circle joint in TG PHE backwash 200 NB SS pipes,bends lines. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
