Name of Work:- REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL TYPE AC PLANTS, VRF AC PLANT AND PRECISION AIR CONDITIONING AT AF STN HALWARA UNDER GE (AF) HALWARA

1Material and labour for carrying out the descaling of the shell & tube condensers suitable for by isolation of each condenser by providing of dummy plate for inlet & outlet connection and separation of condenser from water circulation without disturbing the operation of the AC Plant, carrying out the descaling by circulation of the diluted scale removing agent organic compound type chemical of RA III / chemtex Brand at the appropriate ratio depend upon the scale deposit inside copper tube by forced circulation and opening the end covers, manually brushing the copper tubes with nylon brushes of various size to remove complete scale, de-greasing with caustic soda solution and flushing out with fresh water, refixing all disconnected pipes lines, end covers with new rubber gasket and opening water line valves and checking of water leakages, apply grease to all MS bolts & nuts and put the condensers of 12.5 TR to 20 TR in operational complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

3Material and labour for dismantling and overhauling of condenser/ Chiller/ hot water pump set of capacity 10 HP, dismantling pump and motor separately, cutting the burnt out winding from slots and rewinding the same by existing size and gauge of super enamalled copper wire including varnishing, heating, repairing the insulating materials, repalcing bearings, bushes and remetalling the shaft including necessary heat treatment, and repairing the pump, including replacing the gland packing, bearings and all rusted nuts and bolts, washers and remetaling the Impeller of suitable size and bore for lifting the water from source and reassembling the motor and pump with gland packing includings painting of pump and motor assambly complete with two coats of super enameled paints over one coats of red oxide, fixing the motor & pump at its position and connecting the suction and delivery water pipe and testing under working conditions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

13Taking down carefully burnt out electric driven cooling tower motor 5 HP capacity after disconnecting main electric supply from the motor starter panel, dismantling motor carefully for checking, removing to workshop for repairing, taking out burnt, coils from the slots of stator, other accessories such as ball bearing, rotor, cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with new supper enameled copper winding wire, heating, varnishing , re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing motor refixing to original position after repairing from workshop, reinstallation on existing channel and reconnecting to electric supply, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15Material and labour for servicing of Monoblock Centrifugal pump set 3HP to 10 HP by greasing, cleaning the shaft replacing gland packing/ bush bearing of existing size, replacement of unserviceable nut, bolts, washers, rushted flanged & couplers/impeller etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
16Material and labour for cleaning and servicing of FRP cooling tower of central type AC Plant of cap 25 TR to 100 TR, removal of water tray, pipe line and cleaning of cooling tower fins by using brush complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Material and labour for Pressure testing / leak arresting , vaccuming with dry nitrogen gas at the maximum pressure of 300 to 400 PSI / oil charging, including replacing the unserviceable strainers all as required and testing complete for the Central type AC Plant of each unit capacity 13 to 50 TR at various locations/buildings of tech area and all as specified and directed by Engr- in-charge . Note :- (i) Refregerant Gas R-22/407/410 and strainers will be measured and paid seperately under suply only items. (ii) The Nitrigen gas pressure should be not less then 350 PSI during Leak arresting of the plants and it will hold the same pressure upto 24 hours and vaccum pressure should not be less then (-30 micron Pressure) during the Vaccuming of plants.
18Material and labour for leak testing of AHU unit cooling/heating coil of AC Plant after pumping down the complete system, isolating the cooling coil from both ends and charging the dry nitrogen gas for pressure leak test, after detecting leak point, release the nitrogen gas, repairing the leak point by means of soldering/brazing and connecting the cooling coil with system, vaccumised the complete system and re-charge the system by refrigerant, testing and commissioning upto satisfactory cooling performance of the plant complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
19Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable Humidistat including electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
20Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable heater strip type 3kW capacity as per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
21Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable heater 2/3kW capacity for pan type humidifier and hot water generator as per existing size & model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
22Material and labour for servicing of pan type humidifier floor mounted/ installed at duct of capacity 6 /12 kW including cleaning of tank, checking of all inlet & outlet connection, checking and repair of all electrical control connections and making the pan type humidifier functional including replacement of minor parts required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
23Material and labour for Taking down defective compressor sealed unit 13 TR (Approx) capacity,make Danfoss model No SM185S4RC , 3 phase 415 volt of central type AC Plant after disconnecting all electrical connections and replacing the same with new compressor of same capacity and compatible with exisitng system,including flushing the old gas, nitogen leak test and rechanging with appropriate quantity of refrigerant gas complete all as specified and as directed and testing to the satisfaction of Engr in Charge.
24Material and labour for Taking down defective compressor sealed unit 12 TR (approx) capacity,make Danfoss model No SZ185S4RC , 3 phase 415 volt of central type AC Plant after disconnecting all electrical connections and replacing the same with new compressor of same capacity and compatible with exisitng system,including flushing the old gas, nitogen leak test and rechanging with appropriate quantity of refrigerant gas complete all as specified and as directed and testing to the satisfaction of Engr in Charge.
25Material and labour for Taking down defective compressor sealed unit 13.5 TR capacity,make Daikin model No JT355DJ-Y1 , 3 phase 415 volt of central type AC Plant after disconnecting all electrical connections and replacing the same with new compressor of same capacity and compatible with exisitng system,including flushing the old gas, nitogen leak test and rechanging with appropriate quantity of refrigerant gas complete all as specified and as directed and testing to the satisfaction of Engr in Charge.

43Supply and fixing in replacement of rotational moulded polyethene PVC Expansion water tank of capacity 3 layered, 500 ltrs for use as makeup water tank for chilled water (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of made on iron frame / fabricated works with and including all fitting complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.
44Supply and fixing in replacement of entering water temperature (EWT) sensor as per existing model & make complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
45Supply and fixing in replacement of leaving water temperature (LWT) sensor as per existing model & make complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
46Supply and fixing of PVC fills of size (450x300x150mm), sutaible for any type of cooling tower of central air conditioning plant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
