| 1 | General Notes:1. The contractor shall follow relevant IS codes/technical specifications for execution of work.2. All safety & security regulations shall be followed strictly as per specifications & conditions of contract. 3. The contractor shall provide sleeveless Jackets to the workers in required pattern, colour showing name of contractor with address and telephone number as approved by the Engineer in charge. All the workers must wear the same while on duty.4. Contractor has to make his own arrangements for providing hard barricading and regulating the work by providing sign boards for Diversion, Men at Work. Danger, Work in progress, Diversions/ Change of Directions etc. at his own cost during exectutuion of work as directed by the Department.5. The contractor shall maintain good workman ship and follow safe working procedures during the work.6. Rates are inclusive of Scaffolding for all items for all heights and depths.7. Item no. 1 to 5 shall be executed by a specialised agency having experience in similar nature of work. The same shall be approved by EIC before execution.8. Contractor shall provide Distribution Board and 4C X16 sq.mm cable of required length at their own cost for obtaining temporary power supply from the department. The DB and power cable shall be as per the specifications of NFC. 9. Contractor shall fill the requisition form for providing temporary power supply and details of any equipment to be used at site (dewatering pump, cutting machine, drilling machines, etc) shall be indicated in the proforma annexed to requisition form.10. Contractor shall employ a licensed electrician to carryout electrical connections /terminations, measurement of earth pit resistance, insulation resistance of their installation and intimating the same to the department & also earthing shall be ensured throught existance of power supply. Intimation shall be given after completion of work for disconnection of supply and safe isolation of DB with last energy meter reading. |

| 3 | (1) Removing of Exiting old damaged Acrylic Coating by suitable equipment and make the existing surface rough.(2) Layer of Compacted 100mm- 150mm WMM in slope using Stone Size 40 MM to 60 MM And Stone Dust ( for WMM ) in the ratio of 70:30 where stone is 70 % and Stone Dust Compaction of same in One Layer using Road Rolled of 8-12 ton capacity. (3) Brick Work around the existing drain to match the filled area after Filling WMM.(4) Rolling to be done in both wet and Dry phases of WMM(5) First Tack Coat - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (medium setting) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (6) Compaction of Bituminous Layer of upto 30 mm Thickness using mix of 20 mm and 12 MM Stone with 60-70 Grade Bitumen. Bituminous binder percentage should be up to 3.5 % . (7) The compaction of the BM layer to be done using road roller of capacity 8-10 ton.(8) Compacting Layer of AC of Upto 20 mm Thickness using 6mm Stone/ Baby Chips (Mixture of 0-6mm Stones Devoid of Dust)mixed with 60-70 Grade Bitumen. Bituminous binder percentage should be upto 3.5- 4.0%.(9) The compaction of the AC layer to be done using road roller of capacity 8-10 ton.(10) Final Layer of Seal Coat using Stone Dust with Bitumen to make the surface appropriate for Synthetic Installation. Cold rolling to be done immediately next day of applying seal coat in the early morning hours when the climate is cold as compared to rest part of the day.(11) Final Compaction to be done with 8-10 ton.Complete As per instruction of EIC. |

| 5 | Supply and installation of ITF certified 8 layers acrylic system with thickness up to 3mm. The flooring should be certified by International Tennis Federation (ITF) and should have application as first layer of primer (% 100 acrylic latex based emulsion to improve bond of acrylic court system to the asphalt surface having consumption ratio of 0.014kg/sqft), second layer of acrylic Resurfacer (Filling and smoothing asphalt or concrete surfaces in preparation for Acryflex T tennis court system. And also fills the surface chips, voids and conceals repairs while providing a smooth surface for color coating. It should have a consumption ratio of 0.046kg/sqft), Third, Fourth & Fifth layer of Unirubber liquid cushion layers at a consumption ratio of 0.10 kgs per sqft all together, Sixth & Seventh layer of Precoat (Quartz filled % 100 acrylic latex based textured tennis topcoat with consumption ratio of 0.078 kg/sqft) and Eighth layer of Topcoat (100% acrylic latex polymer & colour coat for the finished surface to protect from UV. It should have consumption ratio of 0.023 kg/sft). On top of these 8 layers, the line marking should be done with Overline paint (% 100 acrylic latex based high hiding line paints. It should have consumption ratio of 4 kg/court). The acrylic resurfacer must have silica sand infill to be embedded into it with consumption ratio of 0.065 kg/sqft. The product must be approved/licensed/preferred by the respective International Sports Federation & used at the Indian/International Championships recognized by the respective Regional /International Sports Federation with minimum two years warranty. |
| 6 | Supply and Installation of Cricket net on already erected Structure, by swing Polypropylene rope on net and fix it around the structure to make it as cage, On top GI wire to be tied and mesh to be laid on the same. The openable/foldable intermidiate curtains to be made with s-Hook complete welding as per instruction of EIC for pratice.
