| 1 | SITC of pump set no. 2 with other allied works at Tughlakabad Village SPS by carrying out following works: -Dismantling of electric connection from motor of set no. 2 & removing of reducer ,foundation bolt of motor and remove of coupling of pump and motor,removing the pump and motor from base frame after disconnecting the pump from suction and delivery side and taking out electric motor its frame to outside to safer side in the pump house by EOT crane and manual labour. |
| 2 | Breaking of RCC by concrete breaker for foundation bolt pocket and foundation with RCC for complete foundation as required for fresh foundation with RCC. This includes removing of malba of CC from the foundation side by manual labour from the ground floor to outside of pump house by tempo. |
| 3 | Supply of foundation bolt of size 1’’×18” as per site requirement. |
| 4 | Making of proper shuttering for C.C. work on the foundation. |
| 5 | Filling of civil material of CC in ratio of 1:2:4 for grip of foundation bolt in CC structure and also making wet layer cemented in old CC structure. |
| 6 | Supply of M.S. common Base single piece Frame of pump and motor duly fabricated from M.S. Channel with cross support and duly machining on planner machine to match the centre distance between pump set and motor etc. as per site requirement. |
| 7 | Supply of non clog horizontal centrifugal sewage pump having discharge 550 M3/hr as per site requirement. Head 22 meter with CI casing, SS impeller/bronze, shaft-SS, Shaft Sleeve for sewerage application suitable for existing motor installed at site as per site requirement. Make Kirloskar/Wilo/KSB/any DJB approved make. |
| 8 | Supply of C.I. Tyre coupling suitable for above pump set. Make- Fenner/Unique/any djb approved make |
| 9 | Supply of Concentric reducer of suitable size as per site requirement. |
| 10 | Supply Nut-bolts and washer off size. |
| 11 | Supply of rubber packing as per site requirement. Make :-Jyoti/National/any djb approved make. |
| 12 | Supply of coupling Guard suitable for above pump set. |
| 13 | Fixing of above mentioned M.S.Base frame made out of M.S.Channel including Tyre coupling ,reducer etc. as required at site with thick plate for side covering from motor side as per the site requirement |
| 14 | Installation of above with existing motor & new pump, reducer on delivery side of pump with all allied works re-fixing of valves and executing allied electrical mechanical, civil work, arranging all tools and tackles i/c welding set gas cutter etc. |
| 15 | Safety Arrangement as per NHRC guidelines at site of work for safe working of men & machinery. This includes transportation of safety material its loading unloading etc. complete for making safety arrangement as per site requirement. |
| 16 | Cartage loading and unloading of material pump , base frame material, foundation CC material and machine and all tools and tackle for too and fro changes. |
