| 1 | Supply, installation and commissioning of the elevator with the followingspecificationsThe elevator has a roomless passenger elevator with a rated capacity of 544 kg (8persons) and a rated speed of 1.0 m/s. The elevator is designed for a rise ofapproximately 10 m and serves 3 stops, with all landing entrances opening on the same side.The elevator will be provided with a PM gearless machine and VF regenerativeclosed-loop drive, operating on a 400/415 V, 3-phase AC power supply. The traction system uses a flat coated steel belt. The controller is of LVA/ACD type, with fullcollective operation and a simplex (single-car) configuration.The proposed hoistway dimensions are 1800 mm (W) × 1800 mm (D), with a car size of 1100 mm (W) × 1300 mm (D). The car and landing doors will be central-opening (CO) type, with a clear opening of 800 mm × 2000 mm. The specified pit depth is 1350 mm, and the required overhead is 4000 mm. The car interior, car doors, landing doors, false ceiling, and hall fixture face plates will have Stainless Steel #4 Hairline finish. Stainless-steel mirror-finish handrails will be provided on the rear car panels. The floor will have a 20 mm recess, with final flooring to be provided by the customer. A CD61-type false ceiling and cross-flow fan ventilation are specified.The elevator will include a FLAT17 COP, monochrome LCD car position indication,O2000 pan-type hall fixtures, infrared curtain door protection, overload protection,nudging, emergency firemen?s service, emergency car lighting, alarm button, manual rescue operation, belt inspection drive, automatic fan cut-off, and door open/close controls.The specified additional options include voice synthesizer, intercom, and automatic rescue operation (ARO).
