Supply Of forged & machined link motion components consist of 41 items ( 52266376& 52266377 clubbed ) , supply a set of forged & machined link motion components consist of 41 items for x class locomotive as per attached annexure & scope of wor k. note: 1. one integral test piece should be provided for each component, it should be parted in presence of railway authority for material testing before ma chining. 2. magnaflux testing should be carried out for all components at government authorized lab and test certificate should be submitted along with the m aterial supply. 3. all threads should be in bsw. 4. painting should not be done on the items for inspection. 5. for equivalent material specification refer g oc/x/spec-x-032, issue-02. 6.dimensional inspection report should be submitted along with the material supply.
