However, If Anything Extra Required For Completion Of The Job Satisfactorily, Same To Be Arranged By Contractor Without Extra Cost To Nalco. Hence Before Quoting, The Bidder Should Access The Exact Requirement For The Month. , Charges Towards Services/Consumable Required For Occupancy Of One Room For One Day At Transit House-I. The Minimum Cost Should Include Cleaning & Ironing Of One Double Bed Cover Of Each Room, Two Pillows And Cleaning Of One Big Towel And Two Face Towels. The Contractor Also Has To Supply One Small Soap Of Reputed Brand, One Sh Oo And One Good Night/ Mosquito Repellent. However, If Anything Extra Required Same Need To Be Supplied Without Any Extra Payment. , Annual Charges For Providing Dress, Shoes & Shocks To Contract Labour At Transit House-I Of Good Quality To The Satisfaction Of Nalco. This Also Includes Cost Due To Quarterly Dry Cleaning Of Blankets Monthly Cleaning/Quarterly Cleaning As Per Requirement Of Sofa Covers, Ward Robes Of Rooms/ Lobby Etc.
