| 2 | Setting up Scaffolding arrangement to dismantle the existing damaged column pipes and reinstall them after thorough repair. |

| 4 | Disconnecting the existing electrical connections from the pumps that needed to be lifted for repairing their respective column pipes. |
| 5 | Lifting and withdrawing the installed pumps, followed by dismantling the total column pipes part by part from sump and storing them in a suitable place using additional chain pulley blocks for repair work with applying manpower and experienced Diver. |
| 6 | Through cleaning including removal of rust, dents and unwanted deposited materials from the surface of the existing column pipes using abrasive methods after removing old damaged and rusted nuts , bolts etc. by grinding cutter machines as required. |
| 7 | Supply,fitting, fixing of new nuts, bolts and gaskets that match with the samples obtained from the existing column pipes |
| 8 | Repairing of Flange joints by welding & fixing with a new gasket, ensuring proper alignment and tightening. |
| 9 | Painting with one coat of a suitable primer and two coats of an approved, reputed make paint to the column pipes both inner and outer surface. |
| 10 | Lowering of the total column pipes part by part into the sump chamber using a scaffolding arrangement and a chain pulley block. This must be carrying out with suitable, experienced manpower and experienced Diver, ensuring proper safety arrangements are in place. |
| 11 | Lowering the pumps into the column pipes using specialized personnel and ensuring proper safety arrangements. |
| 12 | Removals of temporary setups such as, scaffolding and additional chain pulley blocks then complete electrical connections to the pumps and ensure that they are running smoothly without any abnormal noise or vibrations. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
