Tube 1.5 M Centre To Centre, Horizontal & Vertical Tubes Joining With Cup & Lock System With M.S. Tubes, M.S. Tube Challies, M.S. Cl S And M.S. Staircase System In The Scaffolding For Working Platform Etc. And Maintaining It In A Serviceable Condition For The Required Duration As Approved And Removing It Thereafter .The Scaffolding System Shall Be Stiffened With Bracings, Runners, Connection With The Building Etc Wherever Required For Inspection Of Work At Required Locations With Essential Safety Features For The Workmen Etc. Complete As Per Directions And Approval Of Engineer In-Charge .The Elevational Area Of The Scaffolding Shall Be Measured For Payment Purpose .The Payment Will Be Made Once Irrespective Of Duration Of Scaffolding. Note: - This Item To Be Used For Maintenance Work Judicially, Necessary Deduction For Scaffolding In The Existing Item To Be Done. , Dismantling Old Ac Outdoor Unit Platforms And Repairing The Same Using Miscellaneous M.S. Sections Including Cutting, Welding, Grinding, Drilling, Fitting And Fixing Complete. The Work Includes Replacement Of Damaged Members Wherever Required And, If The Existing Platform Is Found Beyond Repair, Providing And Fixing New M.S. Sections For Fabrication Of Ac Platforms Complete With Guard Railing Made Of M.S. Square Bars, Including Application Of One Coat Of Red Oxide Primer And Two Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint, Nuts, Bolts, Welding Electrodes, Scaffolding, Carriage, Loading/Unloading And All Incidental Charges Complete As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge.The Platform Shall Consist Of The Following Sections:•M.S. Channel •M.S. Angle 50X50x6 Mm •M.S. Square Bar 16X16 Mm •M.S. Plate 10X10x10 Mm Thick , Supply, Fabrication And Fixing Of M.S. Monkey Ladder For Access To Ac Outdoor Unit Platforms, Fabricated From Approved Quality Mild Steel Sections Including Cutting, Bending, Drilling, Welding, Grinding, Anchoring And Fixing In Position Complete. The Ladder Shall Be Made Using M.S. Angle 50X50x6 Mm With Suitable M.S. Plate 8 X 8 X 8 Mm Thick For Base/Support/Anchoring Arrangement As Required.
