| 2 | Replacement of Filter Cloth( in set of 12 Nos) during planned shutdown.Collect the required materials from store. Make necessary site arrangements for the work. Unbolt the lock strips and remove old cloth from the filter trays as per instruction. After getting clearance mount new clothes on the tray and tighten the lock strips completely. New gaskets shall be provided on all sides. Any bolts if required shall be replaced. Removed cloths shall be collected and transported to earmarked location. 1 SET of 12 cloths are to be replaced together within 8 hours. |
| 3 | Replacement of Filter Cloth (in Nos) during unplanned shutdown.Collect the required materials from store. Make necessary site arrangements for the work. Unbolt the lock strips and remove old cloth from the filter trays as per instruction. After getting clearance mount new clothes on the tray and tighten the lock strips completely. New gaskets shall be provided on all sides. Any bolts if required shall be replaced. Removed cloths shall be collected and transported to earmarked location.This item will be operated only during an unplanned shut down. |
| 4 | In Situ Replacement of Grids of Filter Tray-Collect the required materials from store. Make necessary site arrangements for the work. After getting clearance, remove the filter cloths. Dismantle and take out all the grid segments. Take measurements from dismantled grid segments and filter tray. Cut and modify the new grid sections to suit the filter tray. After correcting the measurements, new grids shall be properly fitted on the filter tray without any gaps. Mount new filter cloths and tighten the lock strips with gaskets. After the works, the damaged grids and cloth shall be transported to earmarked location. 1 SET is replacement of complete grid segments of 1 tray |
| 5 | Replacement of Filter Hose-Make necessary site arrangements for the work. Collect required tools and consumables for the work. After getting clearance,dismantle the hose from the tray and crown. Transport the new hose to work site and erect the hose between the filter tray and crown. Seal the both ends of the hose and service without any leak.The connecting flanges if required shall also be replaced as per site instruction.
