2Design & Manufacture of suitable Coil Cooler (Remote Radiator) with Accessories for conversion of existing radiator‑cooled Cummins KTA‑50 G8 (1500 kVA) Diesel Engine to Coil Cooler type cooling system
3Supply of pipes and fittings, including heavy‑class piping, valves, strainer, expansion tank, flexible connections between engine & remote radiator, thermal insulation materials, paints, etc. (The approximate distance between Engine to Coil Cooler shall be 12.5Mtrs)
4Supply of control panel with required protections, cables, earthing and cabling materials for operation of fans inside the coil cooler and canopy
5Supply of additional ventilation fans for canopy (minimum 3 nos.) to maintain temperature below 50°C inside the canopy
6Supply of Cummins Approved Coolant suitable for Cummins KTA 50 G8 engine (Full required quantity with 10% extra)
7Providing and casting of suitable reinforced cement concrete platform for placing the coil cooler.
8Packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of materials up to the site
