Name of Work:- NCTPS II – M II circle - TM Division - S.Dn. I - Unit II - Inspection & minor rectification and Replacement of hanger accessories such as centre shaft pin, plate type washer, top cover & circlips etc., for constant load & variable load type hanger support in main steam line, cold reheater line, hot reheater line, High pressure bypass line and Low Pressure bypass line during the AOH of unit-II for the year 2026-27
Sl. No. Item Description
1Inspection of critical steam pipe line hanger supports assemblies. Providing necessary scaffolding, checking the hangers hot and cold setting reading and adjustments, minor rectification if any including T&P's hire and consumable charges.
2Replacement of hanger accessories
3Providing of suitable scaffolding for the above work and removing it after completion of the work including T&P's hire and consumable charges.
4Release the load of power cycle pipe line from the failed hanger support and remove the defective hanger accessories and holding of hanger support from its location including T&P's hire and consumable charges.
5Repair/Rectification the failed internal parts of hanger supports assembly & inspect the all internal parts and replace the new hanger accessories including T&P's hire and consumable charges.
6Assemble the hanger support & refit in location and load the hanger support to the pipe line & checking and putting in to service etc. including T&P's hire and consumable charges. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
