| 3 | Providing and spreading of red morum upto a thickness of 3 cms in approach roads of VIP, lawn and parking area. |
| 4 | Hanging electrical fittings/LED lights inside of V.I.P. Camp, at Darbari, conference hall and dining hall on rental basis including maintenance during entire Mela period. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing spot light in conference/dining room situated in VIP Camp. |
| 6 | Providing green leaf plant Gamla on rental basis at VIP camp. |
| 7 | Brick barricading singhara with 1st class bricks and painting alternatively with Geru and Lime at VIP camp. |
| 8 | Making floor of toilet by providing ceramic tiles of size 8”x12” and providing 8” scarting on 4 side of wall toilet & bathroom above the ground level. |
| 9 | Making Toilet and Bathroom with Providing and fixing commode & cistern, wash basin, Tap and making all water connection necessary for toilet. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing colored flags in the front side of VIP Camp. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing of Globe light in the passage and parking area. |
| 12 | Providing, installation and maintainance of Water RO System in VIP and Camp office on rental basis. |
| 13 | Providing and Laying of A class Good quality Bricks of Standard Size in flat position at every 11/0.4 KV, 2x400 KVA L.T. Substation, Stores & offices and camps etc. as per instruction of concern officers on rental basis for entire mela period. |
