| 1 | M&L for for servicing of RO plant (Unit Aqua System) 04 Nos of different locations, of capacity 250 LPH complete including cleaning of cartridges, proper operation of back Washing, testing equipment wise performance, cartridge filter changing if required, cleaning in place of membrance, carbon media change (Activate carbon), other minor parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-(i) The scope of work includes checking the performance of RO System and submitting a report after every visit. His scope of work include: unit checkup and general cleaning, chemical cleaning of cartridge, if required and checking TDS after very service/complaint(ii) In case of any complaint/ breakdown/fault in any equipment, the firm has to attend the same within 24 hours of reporting on phone/FAX/ Email etc. failing which will invite a penalty for per complaint as follows:-a. Attending to complaint between 48 hours — 4 days of intimation- Rs. 500/-b. Attending to complaint between 5 days to 7 days of intimation- Rs. 700/-c. Attending to complaint beyond 7 days - Rs. 1,000/-(iii) During attending complaint it shall be ascertained by deptt and contractor wheather replacement of part/servicing of plant is reqd. If system breakdown not restore within 24 Hrs then Penalty at the rate of Rs 5,000 per hour will be recovered. (iii) Spares required for Repair/Servicing /Overhauling for item No 30 to 38 will be issued under supply only items as mentioned in BOQ items. |
