Supply Of ocems , supply, installation & commissioning of 3 nos online continuous effluent monitoring system(o cems) with necessary accessories with 2 years amc as below- 1.supply of fully automated online continuou s effluent monitoring system (ocems)with valid consent as per tnpcb guidelines - (bod, cod,tss analyser) . - 3 nos. 2.supply of ph analyser (ph measurement by electro chemical method. power supply - 100-240v a c (50-60hz) or 24vdc. measurement range- ph: 0-14. ----- 3 nos. 3.supply of electro magnetic flow meter wi th weights & measures certification as per tnpcb norms. a. line size-40mm. b. remote version with 3m cab le - c. power supply:230v ac or 24v dc. d. output : 4-20ma ----- 6 nos 4. supply of data connectivity module with software for tnpcb server connectivity --- 3 nos 5. sim card with 2 year validity recharge of 2.5 gb/day for data connectivity of the plant to tnpcb server - 3 nos. 6. installation and commissioning of plant - 3 nos. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ] , annual maintenance contract charges for two years after warranty period of two years. .annu al maintenance of online continuous effluent monitoring system with following items and special condition. 1 .caliberation of ocems for 2 years (4 timesx3 plant/per year) - 24 job. 2.site visit after warranty period of 2 years as per the special condition (2 yearsx3 plants) - 6 nos 3.renewal charge (after warranty period of 2 ye ars) for data transmission for cpcb/spcb connectivity from second year only. 4.caliberation of electro magne tic flow meter to be valid till warranty period. after warranty period,the same to be done for 2 years of amc. 5.recharge to be valid till warranty period. after warranty period the same to be done for 2 years of amc.
