Name of Work:- Routine Operation and Maintenance of existing L.T Main Control Panel/Distribution Panel/Feeder Panel including electrical maintenance of all the existing NR Buildings at Marine Dockyard -I & II under Directorate of Shipping Services at Sri Vijaya Puram during September 2026 - August 2027. (Labour Component only)

1Operation & Maintenance of existing L.T Main Control Panel / Distribution Panel / Feeder Panel installed at different locations inside Marine Drydock- I & II including providing shore supply to berthed / docked vessels. The maintenance works includes digging of trenches whenever required for maintenance of L.T under ground cables and earthing pits etc. as required. Check regularly that all electric terminations are tight in order to avoid arcing, overheating, electrical earthing on round the clock and switching \\"ON\\" & \\"OFF\\" of area lighting on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer - In - Charge. This includes tools, GST, EPF etc. as required.

5Preventive Maintenance/Replacement of all kind of defective cables, wires, switches, sockets, L.T switch gears, siren, main switches / DBs , panels, ceiling fans electrical fixtures at above sites installed in all the existing buildings at Marine Dockyard -I & II on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer - In - Charge. This includes tools, GST, EPF etc. as required.
