| 5 | Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. |
| 6 | Terms & Condition1) The work shall be executed strictly in accordance with JSV/IRC and BIS satisfaction as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Nothing shall be paid to the contractor for rejected work materials. 3. The payment to the labourers will be made in the presence of Junior Engineer concerned a representative of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 The work shall be executed with in stipulated period. 5 Silt free sand/stone aggregate of approved quarry shall be used. 6 GST, Labour Cess and Security will be deducted from each bill of the contractor as per Govt. rule. 7 The following material required for execution of above work shall be supplied by the Department in Sub Divisional Store against proper indent on the rates:- (i) Cement @ Rs.459/- per bag.
