| 2 | Laying, jointing & testing in trenches to be levelled to grades, BIS marked GI pipes conforming to BIS:1239 ( latest with up to date amendments ) of 125 mm dia ( Medium class PE ) duly flanged after every 5th pipe with intermediate butt welded joints including the cost of flanges, bends of required degree, tee/ short pieces made from parent tubes of different degrees cutting , welding & jointing with flanges conforming to table as specified below of BIS:6392 ( latest with up date ammendments ) two layers on both faces welded as per BIS:816 ( latest with up date ammendments ) with electrodes conforming to BIS 814 (latest with up date ammendments ) & provided with nuts & bolts BIS 1369 (latest with up date ammendments) of required sizes, 4 mm thick ( Champion make ) compressed asbestos fiber gasket or synthetic rubber gaskets conforming to BIS 2712 (latest with up date ammendments ) & approved specification as per site conditions including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete to respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (The earth work will be measured & paid for separatly) |
