WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (Note : Stainless steel butt hinges 100mm 04 Nos in each shutter shall be deemed to be inclusive in unit rate quoted of this item.)
7Providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, mesh etc.; and comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 8Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (openable) window (outward /inward opening) with hinge system, comprising one outer openable shutter glazed with 6 mm thick selected quality toughened glass and one inner openable shutter fitted with stainless steel wire mesh, both fitted in a panel of single common frame, complete all as specified and as directed. The window shall be manufactured from extruded uPVC profiles having wall thickness of 2.3 mm (±0.2 mm) with multi-chamber hollow sections. Frame size shall be 88 mm × 60 mm, sash 60 mm × 73 mm, vertical T-profile (one vertical member between two shutters to divide the opening into two panels) 74 mm × 88 mm, and glazing bead 35 mm × 20 mm. All profiles shall be mitre cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water. EPDM gasket of 1.2 mm (±0.2 mm) thickness shall be provided. Galvanized steel reinforcement shall be inserted in the profiles as required, viz. frame, sash and T-profile of suitable size matching the respective uPVC profiles. The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8 mm × 100 mm long fasteners. Hardware shall include zinc alloy white powder coated casement handles, zinc alloy white powder coated butt hinges, mild steel transmission gear with multi-point locking system, and suitable locking handles for inner wire mesh shutters. Necessary accessories, fasteners and all fittings required for proper functioning of all four shutters (two glass outer + two mesh inner) shall be included. The stainless steel wire mesh (SS-304) and 6 mm toughened glass shall be measured and paid along with this item. The work shall be completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Payment shall be made on the basis of net opening area measured in square metres.Note : Rate quoted shall include frame, sash, T-profile, hardware, EPDM gasket, installation, fixing, accessories, SS wire mesh, and 6 mm toughened glass, all complete.
9Providing and fixing factory made uPVG white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. The stainless steel wire mesh (SS-304) and 6 mm toughened glass shall be measured and paid along with this item. The work shall be completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Payment shall be made on the basis of net opening area measured in square metres.Note : Rate quoted shall include frame, sash, T-profile, hardware, EPDM gasket, installation, fixing, accessories, SS wire mesh, and 6 mm toughened glass, all complete. Area not exceeding 2.50 sqm each
10Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles dulyreinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixinghardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Payment shall be made on the basis of net opening area measured in square metres.
11S&F 6 mm thick glass frosted on one side n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane on one side ordinary quality fixed in aluminium window/ ventilator cut to required size and fixed with PVC/Neopane gasket etc. complete all as specified.
12S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specifed and directed.
13S&F Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life)
14Material and labour for providing kitchen cabinet and cubboard in required sizes at site made out of 18mm thick PVC sheet (prelam) having one side decorative laminated sheet (for shutter, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves etc). All the edges of shutter and front exposed edge of partition/shelves shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape as per manufacturer, including all required fixing material such as SS brackets, screws, adhesive etc., including taking out old any type cabinet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note :- (i) The area of each sheet (shutter, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves) shall be measured in sqm for payment.(ii) Magnetic catcher, handles, continuous Piano hinges and PVC frame (where required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.(iii) Any other material required for making/fixing/hanging of cabinet shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

20S & F Magnet ball catcher for cupboard shutter, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in-Charge.

23S&F Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor having overall length of cover plate 140mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24S&F factory made prefabricated pressed steel door frame made out of mild steel 1.25 mm thick girth of frame 185 mm including necessary MS rawl plug/bolts and fixing 75 mm long butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel etc and shutter including stiffeners made out of mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick cut to size, holes punched and welded seams including bending or turning up all around, mitred angle etc as required with locking arrangement using mild steel mortice lock 4 levers with 2 Nos of keys of size 100 mm (Make Godrej/Harrison/Navtal) including MS chromium plated handle and 2 Nos MS locking rods out of 8mm dia not exc 1000mm long fixed to mortice lock and handle with necessary bolts and nuts covered by MS sheet 1.25 mm thick complete including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a shop coat of zinc chromate primer on interior surface (not visible from front) and hammer tone paint on exterior surface (visible from front) complete as per Godrej pattern all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :Net opening will be measured for payment including frame and Shutter)
25Demolition/taking out of mud/lime concrete from roofs, any thickness, including removing / cutting uprooting grass, vegetations and roots of small plants etc on roof and surrounding/parapet wall etc, including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direction of AGE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and directed.
26Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position etc. including removal of demolished material out of defence land complete all as specified.
27M&L for levelling course for roof slab, Type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) using waterproofing compound (SBR) for maintaining proper roof slope and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement complete all as specified.(Minimum thickness of concrete should not be less than 50mm at any point including Making Proper finish and smooth at top)Note : Waterproofing compound should be measured and paid seperately.
28M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 , using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work all as specified and as directed.
29Supply of SBR waterproofing compound @ 2% of per kg cement used complete all as speccified.Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Chemsol/Bostik/STP
30M&L for rendering 15mm thick approved ready-mixed mortar (e.g., SikaTop, Fosroc Renderoc, Asianpaint or equivalent as approved by engr-in-charge) including surface preparation on slab/roof finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.
31OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUIED MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF : Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, thermal insulating elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index 109 as per (ASTM E1980-19)/tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength 2 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541).(a) After proper surface preparation, Apply one coat of Primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification.(b) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m²(minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, Spread waterproofing reinforced Glass Fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry.(c ) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m² (minimum) orequivalent by brush/roller.Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Chemsol/Bostik/STPNote : (i) The Minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm if any shortfall in thickness of above treatment the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE.(iii) The manufacturer/authorised applicactor shall give a warranty for the performance & durability for 10 years.
32Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.
33M&L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .
34M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .
35M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .
36Treating apparent visible efflorescence by first cleaning using hard wire brush and all crystal deposits to be removed. The bricks shall then be cleaned using soft brush of powdery crystals removed. Then make a 1 to 4 solution of vinegar and water (1 part vinegar to 4 part water) and apply it to the afflorescence affected area using a nylon brush. Allow the vinegar/water solution to sit on the serface of the affected area for 15 minutes, but do not allow the solution to dry, Rinse the area with clean water using low pressure jet. Two cycle of cleaning using vinegar water solutions to be repeated complete all as specified and as directed.
37M&L for Water proofing treatment to Walls as specified below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (a) Apply first coat of two component acrylic polymer modified coating (Dr Fixit Fastflex/ Asianpaints Smartcare Damp Block 2K or equivalent as approved by Engr-in-Charge) on the verticle surface (b) Apply second coat of two component acrylic polymer modified coating in perpendicular direction of First coat after 24 hrs complete as specified. (c) After application of second coat and while the material is still wet, coarse sand is sprinkled over the coating so as to ensure proper machanical key is provided for subsequent plaster (d) Apply 15 mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC @3% by wt. of cement on vertical surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
38M & L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling incl beams etc. and applying cement based putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coat of distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete, by mechanical means as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by GE.
39M & L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of painted ceiling incl beams etc. by mechanical equipments like electric wall sander/water jet machine and applying cement based putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coat of distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete, by mechanical means as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by GE.
40M & L for preparation of new surfaces of walls incl pillar etc. and applying cement based putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coat of distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete, by mechanical means as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by GE.
41M & L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of painted walls incl pillar etc. by mechanical equipments like electric wall sander/water jet machine and applying cement based putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coat of distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete, by mechanical means as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by GE.
42M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall/ceiling incl pillars etc. and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces by mechanical means as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by GE.
43M&L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of painted wall/ceiling incl pillar etc. by mechanical equipments like electric wall sander/water jet machine and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces complete, by mechanical means as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by GE.
44Material and labour for preparation of wall/ceiling surfaces and applying 1 mm thick cement based external wall care putty on old or new plaster surface complete all as specified and directed.
45Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of 500 ltr capacity
46S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical withclosed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 500 ltrs capacity fixed with PVC tank nipples,complete all as specified in SSR Part I.
47M&L ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball with minimum weight 210 gm screwed for 20mm bore iron pipe supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
48S&F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site of 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
49M&L for Water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab (not exceeding 45cm depth of sunken) as specified below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (a) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing lose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (b) Applying 15 mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised verticle surface and on existing floor. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
