| 4 | (A) ENGINE :- (a) Engine shall be Water cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity to match the 58.50 KVA, alternator under NTP conditions with prime rating as per ISO 8728, provision of 10% over load provision shall be available for intermittent periods confirming to BS-5514/ ISO 3046. | 5 | (B) BRUSHLESS ALTERNATOR :-(i) Alternator coupled to engine through a flexible coupling to an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. The Control Panel shall consist the following parts :-(i) PSO 500 Controller :- Aluminium Bas Bars with suitable capacity with incomming/ outgoing terminals - Indicating Lamps for \\"Load On\\" and \\"Set Running\\" - MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections(ii) PS O500: Genset Controller :- Control microprocessor based Generator set monitoring and control system. The control shall provide a simple operator interface to the Gererator set, manual and remote start / stop control, shutdown fauit indication and an LCD hour counter. The integration of all function into a single control system provides enhanced reliabity periormance compared to conventional generater set control system.
