Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S. 2 Charges For Inspection Of Fd Fan Impeller And Shaft At Inside The Casing, Entering Through The Manhole Door, Inspection And Rectification Of Impeller Radial Seals, And Their Clearances, Conducting Dye Penetrant Test (Dpt) On Impeller Blades, Rectification Of Defects In Manhole Door And Door Locks, And Attending Minor Repair Works. Including Cost Of Consumables And T&PS. 3 Loosening The Motor Bed Bolts, Shifting A Motor For Accessibility, Arrangement Of Fixtures And Removal Of Fan Coupling, Arrangement Of Fixtures, Lock Washer Lock Released And Lock Nut Dismantled And Removal Of De Bearing Along With The Housing, Checking And Measuring The Existing Bearing Seating Radial Surface Of Shaft. Measuring, Rectifying Minor Defects And Polishing, Reassembling Of Existing Bearing / New Bearing By Heating Up To 120 Degree By Using Hot Oil Soaking In Tub / Induction Heater, And Mounting, Tightening Of Locknut With Lock Washer. Mounting Of Drive End Coupling By Heating, And Bring Down The Shaft To Its Original Position And Re Fixing Of Motor In The Original Position. Including Consumables And T&PS. (The Required Material Will Be Supplied By Tnpgcl) 4 Lifting Up The Shaft, Arrangement Of Fixtures, Lock Washer Lock Released And Lock Nut Dismantled And Removal Of Nde Bearing Along With Bush Housing, Checking And Measuring The Existing Bush Housing And Bearing Seating Radial Surface Of Shaft. Reassembling Of Bush Housing With Existing Nde Bearing / New Bearing By Heating Up To 120 Degree By Using Hot Oil Soaking In Tub/Induction Heater, And Mounting Of Bearing Along With The Bush Housing And Bring Down The Shaft To Its Original Position. Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S. (The Required Material Will Be Supplied By Tnpgcl) 5 Charges For Cleaning Of Fd Fans Suction Hood Inside And Silencer Inside Assembly. Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S. 6 Renewal Of Mounted Bolts Of Diffuser Delivery Flange In Fd Fan: Work Involves Gas Cutting And Removal Of Existing Wornout Mounted Bolts, Remove The Rust & Flakes And Complete Cleaning Of Flanges, Provide New Asbestos Rope Bolting With New Ht Bolts & Nut And Torque Tightening, Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S. (The Required Material Will Be Supplied By Tnpgcl) 7 Overhaul Of Fd Fan Igv Includes Dismantling Of All Link Rods, Cleaning & Greasing, Dismantling Of All Guide Rollers, Cleaning & Greasing, Checking And Renewal Of Bearings If Required And Assembling Of Igv And Calibration Of Igv For Perfect Closing/ Opening, Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S. 8 Alignment Of Fan And Motor: This Work Includes Taking Pre Alignment Reading, Complete Dismantling Of Motor Bed Bolts And Fan Housing Bolts. Lifting, Cleaning Of Motor Foot, Base Plate, Housing Base And Positioning. Aligning The Fan And Motor Axially And Radially Within The Allowable Limits. Box Up The Fan Bearings, Checking Tightness Of All Bolts, Couple The Fan And Motor And Trial Run Of The Fan, Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S. 9 Rectification Of Damaged Portion In Fd Fan Suction Chamber, Impeller Casing Diffuser: This Work Includes Complete Cleaning Of Casing Patch Up By Fabrication And Fixing Of M.S. Plate Required Size At Damaged Portions In Fan Casing And Welding, Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S. (The Required Material Will Be Supplied By Tnpgcl) 10 Grouting Of De Bearing/ Suction/ Impeller/ Diffuser Pedestal: This Work Involves Arrangement Of Shutter Around The Base Plates, Mixing, Pouring Of Grouting Cement, Including Cost Of Grouting Cement Ceragrout-40, Consumables And T&P’S. 11 Renew The Weaken Fd Fan Igv Base: Work Involves Disconnecting And Dismantling Of Igv Link Rod From Actuator. Dismantle The Actuator Base Plate And Pcc Concrete. Making Holes In The Ground Through Diamond Core Cutting Machine, Fixing And Levelling Foundation Bolts, Reconcreting, Fixing Of Base Plate With Channel, Apply Two Coats Of Anticorrosive Paint And Remounting Of Actuator, Reconnecting Of Links & Checking The Igv Open/ Close Operation By Manually And Normalizing, Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S. 12 Charges For Leading, Lifting And Transportation Of Iron And Steel Materials, From Stores To Site Including Hire Charges For Mobile Crane. 13 Charges For Strengthening Of Steel Supports For Fd Fan Outlet Ducts A & B Pass At O Mtr Elevation Work Involves Fabrication And Erection Of New M.S Angles And Channels For Strengthening Of Transition Duct Supports. Including All Charges Such As T&PS And Consumables Etc. 14 Static Balancing Of Fd Fans Shaft & Impeller: Work Involves Rotate The Rotor, Marking And Identify The Unbalance Point In Impeller, Adding Trial Weight, Ensuring Balance Of Rotor And Finally Welding Of Balance Weight In Impeller And Trial Run, Including Opening & Closing Of Manhole Doors, Necessary Arrangement For Approaching The Rotor. Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S. 15 Removal Of De/Nde Bearing Housing: Cleaning And Inspection Of Existing Fd Fan De Bearing Housing / New De Bearing Housing At Inside And Measuring Entire Bore Diameter And Lead Wire Test With Bearing For Checking Clearance, And Blue Matching With De Pedestal Including Cost Of Consumables And T&P’S.
