6RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast like granit, quartzite etc. from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries in proportion 1:2:4 in lintels or bends and sunshade of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T&P.
7RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast like granite, quartzite etc. from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries in proportion 1:2:4 in slab, excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T&P.
8Concreting of 40 mm thick RCC trench covers in mild steel frame work with RCC 1:1.5:3 in Cement, coarse sand and 2cm gauge graded hard stone ballast with 3mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish on top of cover complete with all labour, materials and placing the same in proper position at required location of cable trench within the substation area.
9Precast cement concrete door sills, chaukhats boundary posts, shelves and similar small work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast in the proportion 1:1:2, excluding reinforcement but including fixing the same in position including cost of all other material, labor and T&P.
10First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
11First class brick work (230 mm thick) in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in super structure including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
12First class brick work (115 mm thick) in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in super structure including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
13Brick work in foundation & plinth with old dismantled bricks (supplied by department free of cost) and coarse sand mortar in 1:6 including supply of all other materials, labour, removing mortar & cleaning of old & used bricks, T&P etc. complete.
14Indian Sal wood wrought framed and fixed including simple, mouldings straight work as in Chaukhats including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
15Supply and fixing of 32 mm thick single leaf flush door shutter (boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made) commercial quality to I.S.2202 part-1 (1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts. locks, handles, springs and other fittings but excluding their supply including all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work in quarter of C-type, T-type, EE-type, G-type, A-type, B-type, F-type, D-type).
16P/F fully Anodized aluminium for fixed glazing with HINDALCO or equivalent extruded standard sections14gauge (2.41mm thick) of various cross sections and joints mitred and jointed as shown in drawing including providing & fixing 5.5 mm thick toughened glass with Neoprene beading & aluminium glazing clips all around. The minimum thickness of anodizing on all aluminium sections should be 20 microns with a (+) 2 microns tolerance. The rate should include the cost of fixing the aluminum frame on Teak wood frame or finished wall (RB/RCC/Masonry) surface by means of 80 mm long approved counter sunk screws provided at 500 mm c/c or part there of starting from 100 mm above the bottom in vertical member and 100 mm from both the ends of horizontal top and bottom member excluding cost of Teak frame but including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.
17Same as above item No. 16 but for openable window portion as shown in drawings, including cost of Aluminium hinges and all other fittings like concealed tower bolts handles etc of approved quality and including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.

C/C should be 100 gm per Meter.
23Supply and fixing galvanized mosquito proof jali (16x24 gauge) with M.S. flat of 20 x 3 mm. size, on both sides screwed or welded to window or door frame.
24S/F welded wire mesh size 75x25mm and rectangular made out of 10 SWG over M.S. angle frame with M.S. flat welded as required including cost of drilling holes, washer welding etc as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. except cost of M.S angle and flat.

This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. 107Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above groundlevel, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
108Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five-layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147.
