The Scope Of Work Consists Of Maintenance Of Mtl Lanes, Including Removal Of Shrubs And Weeds And Disposal At The Designated Place, From Hosur-Hubballi To Jubilee Circle, Dharwad, For One Year (2026-27). Eight Labourers Shall Be Engaged On A Daily Basis Along With A Tractor. Safety Precautions, Tools, Jackets, Helmets, And Other Necessary Safety Equipment Shall Be Provided By The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Make Necessary Arrangements With Hdmc/Other Concerned Parties For Dumping The Waste Materials. The Area Of Cleaning Includes Mtl Lanes On Both Lhs And Rhs, Footpaths, Landscape Medians, Weep Holes, Weed Removal, Grade Separator Panel-Side Areas, Rob Mtl Lanes, Etc., As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. Necessary Arrangements Shall Be Made To Avoid Stagnation Of Water In Brt Lanes, Including Removal Of Weeds, Cleaning Of Vents And Weep Holes, Removal Of Plastics, Papers, Leaves, Cloths, Etc., And Ensuring Free Flow Of Water. Silt Or Soil Spread Over The Road Surface Shall Be Removed During Regular Maintenance Works. Soil Deposits In The Mtl Lanes, If Any, Shall Be Removed As And When Instructed By The Engineer-In-Charge.
