| 1 | Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Equivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / State Polka Mineral Fibre / GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 270Kgs/m3, weight 4 kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. The Skelet trelis T15metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angel with unequal flanges of 15/19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT wtih flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, , from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel ot the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. Sisoli Serene / Slate Sprits / Slate Polka of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.5 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, scaffolding, transportation, conveyance etc. complying to standard specification. |
| 2 | Supply and Installation of Perforated gypsym acoustics wall panels, backlined with acoustical fleece, having random circular perforations of 8mm dia, 15mm dia and 20mm dia - 5% open area / having 4x14mm slotted perforations @10x20mm pitch, in H8 Pattern - 15% open area size 1200x2400x12.5mm, square edge, volume density of base board 650 Kgs/m3, weight 8Kgs/m2 installed by using Strut framework system. The Strut framework systems includes Strut CC25, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, web 50mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to the wall positioned horizontally at 600mm centers for upto RH70, at 400mm centers for RH70-RH90 and at 300mm centers for >RH90. Glass fiber reinforced gypsum cosmos random perforated is installed on the Strut CC25 with suitable fasteners at 600/400/300mm centres. The longer edges of panels should be perpendicular to length of Strut CC25. All edges should be chamfered for V-Groove. 4mm gap should be maintained between adjacent boards on all sides and should be filled and finished with Seam AJC and tape. Apply one coat of white primer with roller brush evenly across the board surface to achieve uniform colour. The system is backlined with the acoustical infill SynthPF 5x25 held in position with dab spots of stick S7/held in position with wire mesh. Technical Parameters Fire (Class) -1 & P Acoustics - NRC upto 0.75 Climate (°C, RH) -50, 70 Light reflectance (%) - Paint dependent Green (VOC, RC %) - Low, 25 as directed by the department officers.
