1Charges for Overhauling of 80 NB/100 NB ball valves in OLTC system from suction to discharge & ball collection tank inlet & outlet valves repair and reconditioning. work involes removing of valves from pipe lines, completely dismantling of valves, cleaning, inspection, renewing/rectification the damaged spares, reassembling, pressure testing, renewal of rubber gasket with bolts & nuts, refixing the valves in the original position and painting. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.
2Charges for SS welding of one full circle joint in 80 NB SS pipe in OLTC pipe lines including bends,flanges & drain lines from condeser inlet to outlet pipe lines .Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.
3Charges for cleaning of OLTC pipe lines from condeser inlet to outlet pipe, dismantling in pipe line, inspection, meachical cleaning/chemical cleaning, renwal of rubber gasket and bolts & nuts, refixing the pipe lines in original position and painting.
