Including Daily Watering , Hoeing, Weeding, Pruning, Replacement Of Plants, Gap Filling, Planting New Plants Including Necessary Earth Work, Seeding Weeding, Forking The Ground, Applying Insectiside, Pesticide & Fertilizer (Whenever Required),Laying Manure & Good Earth, Cutting And Pruning Of Tree Branches, Removal Of Garden Waste And Disposing With In Lead Of 150M Etc. All Plants/Garden Related Maintenance Works In Amd Complex, Scr Which Includes Office And Residential Comlexes Complete With The Cost Of All Labour , Tools & Plants Such As Hose Pipes , Uniform For Workers Etc. All Complete As Per Specification And Direction Of Officer-In- Charge. , Supplying And Stacking At Site, Well Decomposed Cow Dung/Horse Dung/Farm Yard Manure For Gardening Purpose, Free From Vegetation, Rubbish Etc. Complete With The Cost Of Materials, Labour, Tools & Plants, Transportation All Complete As Specified And As Directed By Theofficer-In Charge. Note: Stacks/Truck Measurements Will Be Taken For Payment Purpose. , Supply Of Seasonal Flowers Bearing Plants -Well Developed With Fresh & Healthy With Multi Branched- Complete With Cost Of Materials, Labour, Tools & Plants, Transportation As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. , Cutting & Clearing Of Wild Growth/ Grass Surrounding Each Building And Open Area Of Office, Residential Complex Including Disposal Of Debris At The Specified Locations With All Lead & Lifts Including The Cost Of All Laboures, Taxes, Tools& Plants/Accessories Such As Gum Boots, Eye Protection Glasses, Gloves,Sickles Etc. All Complete As Per The Instruction & Direction Of Officer-In-Charge. The Sequence & Location Of Cutting The Wild Growth, Number Of Repeated Cutting & Clearing Of Grass/Wild Growth In Each Location Shall Be Carried Out As Per The Direction Of Officer-In-Charge Complete. (It Is Proposed Cut The Grass / Wild Growth 4 Times In A Year) , Disposal Off Debris Received From Cutting Of Grass / Wild Growth , Maintenance Of Gardens, Pruning Of Trees Etc. Such As Green/Dried Grass, Tree Branches, Garden Waste Etc. Out Side The Amd Complex Premises At Municipal Approved Dumping Yard( Municipal Approved Dumping Yard To Be Identified And Dumped At The Risk And Cost Of Contractor) Including Loading, Unloading, Transporting, Depositing And Levelling Etc All Complete With Cost Of Transportation Charges, Labour Charges, Tools & Plants And Royalties/Waste Processing Charges If Any Etc. All As Per Directions Of Officer -In- Charge.Note: Deduction Towards Voids @ 50% From The Corresponding Stack/Truck Measurements Will Be Made For Arriving Net Quantity For Payment Purpose. The Loaded Grass Shall Be Pressed Manually Before Taking Measurement.
