Name of Work:- SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO.T-28 & T-29 AT LEKHAPANI MIL STN UNDER GE DINJAN NO.2

2Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
3Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including frames and cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
4Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
5Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams of clear span above 4 mtrs and upto 8 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
6Dismantling timber scantlings in unframed timber work 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
7Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..
8Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
9Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
10Demolition of reinforced cement contrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
11Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..
12Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0sqm each and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
13M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete Type A-1 1:1 1/2:3 using 20mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressumers,lintels over 1.5m span etc.complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
14M&L Form work to sides & soffits of lintels over 1.5m clear span, floor or roof beams, cantilevers, etc for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
15M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
16M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..
17M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
18M&L for brick work with sub class old size 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
19M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers 5mm thick finishing layer over 10mm thick backing layer finished fair and even with mixing water proofing compound to top layer as per manufacturers instruction and as directed (WPC will be measured separetely).
20Supply only Integral water proofing compound of approval brand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
21M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and preparing surfaces as directed by applying thin layer of exterior wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
22M&L for rendering 10.mm thick plaster in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing top even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
23M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and preparing surfaces as directed by applying thin layer of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and finally applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..
24S&F Pressed steel frames (125 x 60mm) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
25M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bed block, blocks for holdfasts, filling in pressed steel door frames , benching slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating etc including necessary use & waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
26S&F 35 mm thick, flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides & both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping / frame to match & fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
27S&F 35 mm thick, hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
28S&F MS butt hinges,medium weight, cold rolled 100mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
29Supply only 2nd Class hard wood small fittings such as brackets of any type ,latch and hinge blocks,shaped door and window stops and like ,including all necessary labours,articles n exc 200Cu.cm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
30S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
31S&F 200 mm size, aluminium anodised , barrel tower bolts of extruded section & fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..
32S&F 300mm length of bolt, aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
33S&F 375mm long Mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs for door including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
34Material & labour for false ceiling with GI frame work for EXPOSED GRID SYSTEM of grid size 600 mm x 600 mm, GI powder coating at bottom and comprising of GI perimeter wall angle with two equal flanges of 25 mm fixed to surrounding wall / partition using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre. Main Tee 0.55 mm thick having 35 mm wide flange and 25 mm high web suspended from the soffit @ 1200 mm centre to centre with level clip with wire of 4 mm dia, Cross Tee - 1200, 0.55 mm thick having 35 mm wide flange and 25 mm high web inserted fixed into the slots of Main 'T' @ 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm, Cross Tee - 600, 0.55 mm thick having 35 mm wide flange and 25 mm high web shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee - 1200 to finally form a grid of 600 mm x 600 mm . complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as shown on Drawing No. CESZ/2019/TD-42, Sheet No. 1/1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
35S&F 4mm thick high pressure, oceanic pre-primed, self embossed, non asbestos fibre cement decorative board, water, termite and fire resistant for insulation and acoustic purpose to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 2 to 3 mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins with butterfly clips, hold down clips, with provision of ligh fixtures, air conditioning, diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detector etc. complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as shown on Drawing No. CESZ/2019/TD-42, Sheet No. 1/1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
36Supply & Fixing mild Steel work in hollow square/rectangular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 4923 -1997 (Reaffirmed 2009) grade Yst.-310 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
37Supply & Fixing plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment cofirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
38Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, longbut length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
39M&L for pre-painted hot dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150, 0.50mm thick of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
40M&L for hot dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150, 0.50mm thick of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550MPa as in ridge/valley/gutter/eaves boardings fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
41S&F MS works as in bands,straps, supports,hold fasts, wall and wind ties etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
42M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including making joints with hot bitumastic mix in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
43Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
44M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
45M&L for coloured non skid joint free ceramic tiles of 7mm to 8mm thick (squire / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
46M&L for glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles of 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
47M&L for preparing new wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
48M&L for preparation of new or previously steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and evenly applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
49S&F in repair harrison rails, anodised aluminium alloy, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
50S&F 4mm dia plain mild steel wire galvanised class 3 in detached work such as for mosquito nets and fixing to straining bolts, hooks, eyes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
51Taking down aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..
