| 1 | Main deck aft plating required to be chipped, wire brushed, cleaned and painting along with painting of wheel house superstructure, railings, toilet room, anchor chain compartment, engine rooms, store rooms, freshwater tank, ballast tank etc by two coats of existing colour marine paint as per direction of IRS Surveyor/EIC. |
| 2 | (i) Wheel house, crew cabin wooden flooring, ceiling is to be repaired or replaced with standard quality wooden material along with rectification of water ingress through wheelhouse bulkhead by renewal/repair of corroded or damaged bulkhead plating in Freshwater tank, sealing of all leaking joints, window frame connections and openings, welding, grinding, watertight testing and painting complete as required.(ii) Wheel house doors and windows, crew cabin doors and windows, kitchen door etc. are to be checked & repaired/replaced with standard quality material. |

| 5 | Piping systems including all types i.e sea suction line, fuel oil line, fresh water line, sewage line, bilge line etc. along with their associated valves i.e (sea valve, fuel oil valve, fresh water valve, sewage line valve, bilge valve, quick closing valve) and union joints are to be made corrossion free along with their repair/service or replace (if required) as per requirement followed by pressure test as per IRS Surveyor and EIC. |
