| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 16 meter height raising and lowering type hot dipped galvanized High Mast shaft, in two sections with top dia and thickness 150 mm and 3mm respectively and bottom dia with 450 mm and 4mm repectively, PCD 590 mm with the base plate of 670 mm X Ø25 mm respectively or as per the directions of engineer-in-charge, suitable for wind velocity as 50 m/sec, along with Head frame sliding galvanized luminaries carriage capable of moving up and down the mast complete with self aligning mechanism guides and separators and capable of receiving 8 Luminaires, raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope (7/19 construction) or as per directions, ERP insulated 5 Core X 2.5 Sqmm PVC Sheathed Trailing cable or as directed, Connectors as required, Integral power tool three phase 1 HP motor, manual handle, junction box, One number heavy duty 1.2 m long hot dip galvanized lightning finial/spike shall be provided for highmast on the head frame to get a direct conducting path to the earth through the mast. The material construction should confirming to IS 2062/ BSEN10025 with up to date ammendments of CPWD manual or as per the directions of Enginner-in-Charge. This also includes the erection of 16 Mtr. high mast with the help of suitable tools and tackles, wiring of luminaries with all wiring material and labour complete as reqd. |
