| 1 | Scope of Work:- The Detailed design and DPR to include comprehensive landscape zoning, horti-cultural layout, and species selection tailored to the agro-climatic conditions of Bareilly. The design must incorporate diverse native trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants for the Green Belt (Harit Patti)/Parks. It must specify soil preparation, organic manuring, plantation methodology, grid spacing, and multi-tier plantation layers (canopy, understory, ground cover) to ensure maximum environmental mitigation and structural aesthetic barrier around Sector-4 & 5. It Includes structural and architectural design of all civil elements within the parks at Sector-4 & 5. This covers pedestrian walkways, jogging tracks, peripheral boundary walls, artistic entry gates and children's play areas. Complete structural drawings, foundation details, and stability analysis for all masonry and concrete structures must be provided for seamless execution on site.It Includes comprehensive electrical layout for the parks and Green Belt. This incorporates energy-efficient LED streetlighting, designer landscape path lights, bollards, architectural uplighting for trees/monuments, and automated control panels (feeder pillars). Detailed cable sizing, earthing systems, voltage drop calculations, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) must be submitted. It Includes eco-friendly benches/seating layout. Integrated solid waste management blueprints and organic waste composting nodes within the park premises must be clearly detailed. designed in accordance with the provisions of Manual of Central Public Health and Environmental Engineering Organization Govt of India/ UP Jal Nigam.Note:-Preparation and submission of Detailed Design for the development works for the Green Belt / Park of Sector-4 and Sector-5 under Land Development and Housing Scheme, Bareilly Main Bypass National Highway, Rampur Road, Parsakhera, Bareilly (Area 1386.25 Acres approx.) and Preparation of Detailed Project report on the basis of approved design and drawing.All above designs to comply to the corresponding IS / IRC code / Sewerage Manual /UP Electricity Code / National Electricity code or any other document issued by the concern government authority.The DPR shall compulsorily include the detailed specifications, Bill of Quantities, their prevailing rates and the project cost. The BOQ shall be based on UP PWD Schedule of Rates 2025 and analysed rates based on UPPWD Skelton / UP Jal Nigam Skeleton. The prevailing market rate may be taken wherever the concerning item of work has no linkage to these SOR’s. In case of Non availability of Rates DSR rate / CPWD rates may be taken after due consideration of the working site.The Final output of Detailed design shall be submitted (5 copies) in the form of Drawing / sketch (A0 or suitable size paper) along with design basis report and design calculation.
