| 1 | Making an arrangement from scrapper floor (Ground level) to top of Prilling tower (PT) including any supplymentary arrangement required from Ground level to any level of Prilling Tower with Suspended Platform System with/without Mast Climber for working at heights for repairs of RCC structure, protective coating of RCC structure, acess and checking activities related to Structural work of Prilling Tower one unit only structure. The suspended Patform (SRP) with/without Mast Climber system shall be including all required equipments & accessories of appropriate capacity, with load testing before start of job and capable to do intended jobs mentioned in the scope of work including required tools, tackles, materials and manpower/experts etc complete. The arrangement shall be complacent to the safety norms/procedured required for the job. The arrangement shall be till satisfactory completion of the entire job as per NFL. Removing the whole arrangement after completion of the work as directed by Engineer-incharge. Necessary arrangement for drilling and installation of SRP along with core cutting, hanging arrangement as per requirement for fixing of suspended roof platform required for the job is in the scope of party. Cleaning with water jet including required machinary, tools and tackles etc complete. Party should arrange sufficient number of SRP's. Layout, location sketch of SRP's shall be submitted in technical bid. Working sketch of SRP to be submitted by the contractor for prior approval from Engineer-incharge before start of job . |
| 2 | Providing & application of two or more coats of 1st quality chlorinated rubber paint of approved colour, brand & Manufacturer with minimum consumption of 0.10 ltr/ per sq.m. per coat to concrete/ RCC surface complete on external surface of New Prilling Tower, lift shaft and stair flights of new Prilling Tower and filling all uneveness, pot holes, offsets, crackes etc. with epoxy putty. The job includes cost of material all tools and tackles safety appliances & complete safety arrangements to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - In- charge and safety officer The levels, where the job is to be exected, against this item, are mentioned below :- |

| 6 | Providing & application of two or more coats of 1st quality epoxy based enamel of approved colour, brand & Manufacturer with minimum consumption of 0.10 ltr/ per sq.m. per coat , with post office red and milky white shade and writing work in black letters as per existing patern to concrete/ RCC surface complete on external surface, lift shaft, stair flights of new Prilling Tower from level +79.15M to +110.00M and filling all uneveness, pot holes, offsets, crackes etc. with epoxy putty. The job includes cost of material all tools and tackles safety appliances & complete safety arrangements to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - In- charge and safety officer. The levels, where the job is to be exected, against this item, are mentioned below :- |

| 8 | Providing & application of two or more coats of araldite epoxy system of approved Manufacturer with minimum consumption of 0.25Kg/Sq.meter per coat, based on the formulation: Araldite GY-250 - 100 Parts by Weight, Hardener HY 840 - 50 Parts by Weight or equivalent, on concrete/ RCC/ surface complete on external surface, stair flight and lift shaft of New Priiling Tower includings filling all uneveness, pot holes, offsets, crackes etc. with epoxy putty. The job also includes the cost of all material, tools & tackles, safety appliances, labour & complete safety arrangement to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and safety officer. The levels, where the job is to be exected, against this item, are mentioned below :- |

The job also includes the cost of all material, tools & tackles, safety appliances, labour & complete safety arrangement to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and safety officer.
