The entire work shall be the responsibility of the agency. |

P4 Outdoor LED display units, pole mounted, comprising meter panel, distribution board, armoured cable, earthing, surge protection and automatic switching, complete in all respect. Providing and fixing of electrical connection arrangement for each LED display unit, comprising a weather proof meter panel with MCCB and enclosure mounted on a galvanised frame, an eight way distribution board with MCBs, 4 core 6 sq mm armoured aluminium cable laid from the meter point to the pole in a protective conduit, earthing with GI plate conforming to IS 3043 with earth pit and watering arrangement, a surge protection device for protection of the display against voltage surges, and an astronomical timer with contactor for automatic switching of the display at fixed hours, including all conduit, fixing, testing and commissioning, complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Note: The service connection charges and the security of the meter payable to DHBVN, and the monthly energy bill, shall be borne by the Municipal Committee and form no part of this item. The agency shall obtain the No Objection Certificate for pole mounting before erection.
