(Ii) If There Is Any Increase In G.S.T., & Other Taxes Will Be Applicable. (Iii) If The Minimum Support Price Is Increased By Govt. Of India At The Time Of Lifting The Increased Amount Above Then Sale Price Will Be Charged Extra From The Buyer. Iv) 5000 Qtl Of Sugar Sale Amount To Deposit Upto 15-09-2026 & Qty To Be Lifted Upto 15-09-2026. V) Other Terms & Conditions As Per Sugar Sale Policy Attached. , Sulphur Less Refined Sugar M-30 Pp Bags Of Production Year 2025-26 (Excluding Gst & Other Taxes As Applicable). Minimum Quantity Of Sugar To Be Sold Is 200 Qtls
