General cleaning of alternatorfrom inside with hand blower.checking carbon brush, if applicable for their proper length and spring tension (in case of convactional aternator).Cleaning battry terminals forsulfation and checking its state. Maintance of instruments releys and connetors fitted in Genset Control Panel.Checking of wiring system for its loose and dry connections. Charging of rectifires whenever required( in case convectional altrnator). Checking rotting diode assemblyinbrushless aternator). checking rotaing diode assembly incase of brushless alternator. Checking of moanting bolts. Diagnosis of various faults and their ractification at site. Testing of alternator, once in sixs months only for L.T. Fault rectification of AMF Panel, if Installed. Greasing of alternator baering as per manufacter recommendation. |
