| 4 | Providing and executing electrix are welding on steel members including thorugh surface preparation by removing rust, scale, oil, paint etc. by wire brushing/grinding proper edge preparation, alignment and positioning of members, and carrying out welding with approved quality electrodes conforming to relevant IS codes, maintaing required temperature and welding sequence, including chipping of slag, grinding and finishing of welds to obtain smooth and uniform surface, complete in all respects as per HPPWD specifications, IRC provision and direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour, tooles & plants, equipment, scaffolding, carriage of materials and all incidental charge. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing 50mm wide retroreflective tape (round/strip type) of approved make and colour on bridge parapets, railings or crash barriers including cleaning of surface from dust dirt, grease and losse material cutting to required size, proper alignment and fixing with suitable adhesive, ensuring firm bonding and visibility, complete in all respects as per HPPWD specifications, IRC:67 and direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour, tooles & plants, equipment, scaffolding, carriage of materials and all incidental charge.
