2The work shall be executed as per HPPWD/JSV/ISI specifications and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
3The contractor shall be fully responsible for watch and ward of the material at site of work.
4Nothing shall be paid for rejected material.
51% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.
6GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor.
7No deviation will be allowed without the prior permission of the Engineer-in-charge.
8The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage .
