| 1 | M & L for servicing and checking of EXISITING 11 KV Breakers any make and type make VCB with blower, cleaning of existing HT panel inside & outside with tighting of all bus bar, nut & bolt, alignment, adjustment of gaps between phase to phase as per manufacturer recommended, Checking and tightening of control wiring circuit as charging motor closing coil and tripping coil circuit, Manually tripping testing of VCB, Cleaning, removal of dust and dirt to male/Female contacts, greasing & lubrication all moving fixed part including replacement of minor parts such as spring, washers, etc. for smooth mechanical operation etc. complete with testing commissioning as required. Servicing, testing of ( one earth fault one over current) 11 KV /VCB, Operational testing through relay front pad as well as push button, Testing of safety relays, Tripping testing of VCB through over current and earth fault relay,testing and servicing of the existing 11 kV VCB panel, including high pot tests and submission of test certificates with proper sealing. Primary injection testing to verify tripping functionality. Opening of HT panel, removal of moisture from busbars, insulators, HT cable box, and heating of P.T. and C.T. chambers. Relay settings to be checked and configured as per the protection scheme. During breaker racking, inspection of jaw-type male/female contacts connected to the busbar is included—cleaning or replacement shall be done if found carbonized or damaged. Final insulation resistance (megger) testing of all components to be completed as per standard procedures and safety norms complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Minor spare part should incl in qouted rates for making functional & major spare may be pay separety as per BOQ Items. |
