| 88 | Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of the Busbar Chamber shall be provided with 250 Amps TPN Aluminium busbars of adequate cross-sectional area, colour coded (R-Y-B-N), mounted on high-strength DMC/SMC insulated busbar supports, complete with neutral link, earth bar, tinned copper/aluminium interconnections, nuts, bolts, washers and all internal hardware.The Busbar Chamber shall be connected through rigid insulated bus links to a separately fabricated enclosed MCCB Box of the same construction, housing 250 Amps, 36 kA, 4 Pole MCCB, suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2, with thermal magnetic trip unit, front operating handle, cable termination arrangement and gland plate.The complete assembly shall include all incoming/outgoing cable terminations using suitable aluminium/copper lugs, PVC identification ferrules, earthing arrangement, interconnections, hardware, testing, commissioning and commissioning reports, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
