| 1 | Taking down top assembly complete (except curtain & side bracket) of rolling shutter area not exceeding 10 square meter each, push pull or manual type and re-fixing the same in same position after necessary repairs such as cleaning, oiling, greasing, cleaning of the side guided channels, replacement of rusted nuts and bolts, including replacement of rusted profiles and welding / grinding as required for proper and smooth function, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: (i) Unserviceable spare part such as suspension shaft, spring, ball bearing etc., if found unserviceable will be replace with new one and the same will be measurable & paid separately as supply only under respective items of this Sch.(ii) Gear box assembly if found unserviceable will be replace with new one and the same will be measurable & paid separately as supply & fix in repair under respective items of this schedule. |
