| 1 | Taking down carefully point wiring (light/fan/socket/power/call bell) complete from existing concealed conduits and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floors/ceiling etc) and all modular flush box ,frame plate and switch socket fitting fixtures complete all as specfied & directed. |
| 2 | M&L for point wiring with 3x1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable (phase, neutral and earth wire) in existing concealed conduit, earth wire connected to common earth dolly. Existing pressed steel sheet Metal sunken box and modular frame plate ,switches ,Sockets are fully intact at site and need not to be replaced under this items, this item includes only replacements of the light point/5 Amp independent board point/power point circuits wire (phase,neutral,earth) at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Work to be completed carefully without damaging any existing items.Note:(a) Site will be available in peace wise/completely to contractor as per availability.(b) Any damage/breaking of wall surfaces to be make good by the contractor without any extra cost and make the surface match with the existing colour and texture of walls. |

| 27 | Notes :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter winding with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, ( weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled Fan) varnishing heating and testing as per manufactures designed & specifications and as directed by Enge-in-charge. |
| 28 | (b) Re-assembling complete Ceiling fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes,blades, ball bearing, twin twisted Copper cable, down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing and Canopies & split pins complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling, cleaning outer body & surfaces etc all as directed. |
