| 2 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of chilled water Fan Coil Unit. The Fan Coil Unit shall be a factory-assembled, tested, and ready-to-install unit suitable for wall mounting at high level. Units shall comply with relavant standards for performance and safety. Cooling Coil: Multi-row copper tubes with hydrophilic aluminum fins, high-efficiency, seamless construction. Casing: High quality, powder-coated galvanized steel or ABS plastic body with corrosion protection. Drain pan: ABS/stainless steel with 7mm PE insulation to prevent condensation. Fan type: Dynamically balanced centrifugal or tangential fan, low-noise design. Motor: Single-phase, multi-speed motor with internal thermal overload protection. Coil shall be designed for standard working press of 1.6 MPa(16bar) and the test pressure is 3.3MPa(33bar). Filters: Type: Washable synthetic fiber or nylon mesh filter. Thermostat: Microprocessor-based wireless remote controller with LCD display; mode selection (cool/fan/dry/auto), fan speed, temperature setting. Accessories : Pre-asembeled valve station including Motorized 2-way valve with actuator(simens make). Strainer, ball valve with tray. .It shall also have RS485 Modbus communication function for BMS control .Supply & laying of control wiring & power cabling from FCU to local control panel / thermostat and motorized valve actuator, with conduits and accessories. Unit should be Eurovent certified. |

| 5 | SITC of PP-RCT (PPR-CT) piping for chilled water circulation. The PP-RCT piping shall conform to ISO 15874 and DIN 8077/8078 standards and shall be manufactured from pressure-rated PP-RCT material of minimum PN 20 rating. Pipes and fittings shall be sourced from the same manufacturer and joined by thermal socket fusion using approved fusion tools; threaded joints shall be permitted only at equipment, valve, and accessory connections using suitable transition fittings with brass inserts. Adequate supports, anchors, guides, and expansion provisions shall be provided in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. All chilled water piping shall be insulated with closed-cell elastomeric insulation of minimum 19 mm thickness for pipes hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times the working pressure and maintained for a minimum of two hours without any leakage or pressure loss before insulation and commissioning. 25mm or as per requirement of Hiwall units |
