| 2 | Hiring of a dedicated 100 Mbps Internet Leased Line (ILL) for a period of One Year, comprising:• Dedicated, unshared Internet bandwidth of 100 Mbps (100 Mbps upload & 100 Mbps download) on committed access rate 1:1 basis, delivered through Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) up to the Organisation's premises.• POP Level Redundancy / backup last-mile connectivity of the same committed speed, activated automatically in case the primary link fails, without any extra charge.• Minimum 5 (five) static public IPv4 addresses.• Necessary Organization Premises Equipment (Router / Modem / Media Converter as required) to be supplied, installed, configured and maintained by the ISP free of cost.• The bidder shall terminate the link at the Organization’s Firewall.• Committed Network Availability / Uptime of not less than 99.5% per month, with defined latency and packet-loss parameters.• 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre (NOC) support with a ticket-based complaint logging and escalation system.• On-site installation, testing, commissioning and handover of the link, along with a web-based portal / dashboard for bandwidth utilisation and uptime monitoring.• Monthly performance / SLA compliance report to be submitted to the Organisation. |
