| 12 | LRUT INSPECTION OF UNDERGROUND PIPING Per day Inspection charges for carrying out LRUT of underground Pipeline inaccesible areas & as per the directions of EIC. This shall include the following:- Onsite survey using LRUT method.- Submission of brief daily report on site.- Preparation of final reports with overall summary, isometric drawings, A Scans & thickness reports marking the point with red paint/ yellow paint /permanent marker Note: 1) The work shall be carried out by a team consisting of at least one ASNT level II in Ultrasonic Testing ,qualified operator with min. 2 year site experience in LRUT and its interpretation. The credentials of all technicians engaged for the job shall be furnished before mobilization. 2) The vendor should produce valid calibration certificates of instruments/Probes etc. 3)The vendor shall submit the preliminary report after completion of JobThe final report shall be submitted within 15 days from work completion. 4) The boarding, transportation and accommodation of the technicians/ personnel shall be in the scope of the vendor. 5) The team shall follow all work permit system/Gate pass system PPEsystem and safety regulations while on job. 6) Minimum average speed of 8 points per day is to be maintaned, if average locations surveyed is less than 8 numbers, payment will be made on fraction basis considering average 8 points/day as 100%. |
