Name of Work:- Providing and fitting of electrical control /protection devices/ equipments for improvement of 33/6.6 kv receiving station at LIS Ranjan by way of erecting of standby Bay for 2.5MVA standby transformer by providing and fitting of outdoor 33 kV Line breaker along with allied works such as erecting of poles for CT, LA set, insulators, 33Kv isolator and Laying of New RCC Foundation Block etc. along with its allied jobs of 33/6.6 KV receiving station of LIS Ranjan.

1Providing and fitting of 33 kV Line breaker (1250A, 26.3 kA outdoor type) at standby Bay along with allied accessories.
2Fabrication of steel structural polls for erecting of CTs, LA Set, isolator 33kv and insulators of size (1.5ft X 1.5ft X 10ft) made out of MS Galvanized angle of size 50mm x50mm x6mm. MS plate of 1.5ft X 1.5ft X 4mm fitted/welled on the top of the poll. As per sample and size available at receiving station at lis Ranjan. The job includes the cost of material, skilled labour semi-skilled labour and tools, equipments required during execution the job.
3Providing and fitting of outdoor type 33Kv isolator assembly of 1250 Amp. Capacity (Complies with IS 9921/IEC 62271 specifications.) double break mechanism with each phase utilizes a rotating central insulator post with a copper/ tinned contact arm that swings to open or close against two fixed side contacts, providing clear visual gap. Insulators solid core type built to with stand severe mechanical stress, short- circuit forces and harsh weather conditions. Structural channels and base frames undergo hot dip galvanization to prevent rust and corrosion in outdoor environment and can be equipped with an integral earth blade/switch to discharge trapped charges on the isolated line safely at (Standby Bay) receiving station of LIS Ranjan. Complete job which includes the cost of material and cost of labour charges for skilled semi- skilled labour and tools required during the execution of complete job at site. Etc.
4Laying of New RCC Foundation Block for 2.5MVA standby transformer at receiving station of LIS Ranjan, by way of digging new Foundation block of size (17ft X 10ft X 12ft) by way of deploying skilled and unskilled labour with the help of tools and tackles as required at site. Digging/excavation of block at least 4/5 ft should be deep for proper strength. The job also include disposal of excavated debris. Laying of new RCC block of size (17ft X 10ft X 12ft) for installation of the 2.5MVA standby transformer in cement concrete work in standard ratios. It includes providing, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and laying in position of reinforcement of steel 8 mm dia. Form work of ordinary timber planks, proper curing and finishing of exposed portion. General design criteria specifies structural code compliance standards (ACI 318, ASCE) static/dynamic load management, and the baseline 3500 psf soil bearing capacity (SBC) requirement. As per electrical standard. The job includes the cost of material , labour charges for skilled , semiskilled labour and hiring of tools required during the execution of the job etc.
5Laying of New RCC Foundation Block for polls used for LA set , insulators, isolator and CT standby transformer at receiving station of LIS Ranjan, by way of digging new Foundation block of size (3ft X 3ft X 3ft) by way of deploying skilled and unskilled labour with the help of tools and tackles as required at site. Digging/excavation of block at least 2.5 ft should be deep The job also include disposal of excavated debris. Laying of new RCC block of size (3ft X 3ft X 3ft) for erecting of polls used for LA set , insulators, isolator and CT etc. As per electrical standard. It includes providing, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and laying in position of reinforcement of steel 6 mm dia. Form work of ordinary timber planks, proper curing and finishing of exposed portion. The job includes fabrication and erection in position of anchor bolts, made out of 16/18 mm round bar 150mm long with one side threaded and other end at the base concreted with the anchoring.

Digging/excavation of block at least 2.5 ft should be deep The job also include disposal of excavated debris. Laying of new RCC block of size (6ft X 6ft X 3ft) for installing of outdoor VCB . As per electrical standard. It includes providing, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and laying in position of reinforcement of steel 6 mm dia. Form work of ordinary timber planks, proper curing and finishing of exposed portion.
