Name of Work:- RMO Electrical and Mechanical Services at UTCS Building Vishwas Nagar Shahdara Delhi (Sub Head:- AMC of Hot & Cold ‘O General make Split Type Air/Cassette Type AC for the year 2026-27).

Vishwas Nagar Shahdara Delhi including labour charge and replacement of all defective accessories/parts i/c entire remote control, air filter, assembly, cooling coil supplying and charging refrigerant gas(Except during replacement of compressor) if required etc. complete as per site requirement (Excluding replacement of compressor) (Total AC-45 Nos/jobs)(i/c. Mechanic /operator- 1 No. and Khallasi- 1 No. (General shift 9am to 5pm Excluding holiday and Sunday) (45 Nos x 12 Months = 540 Per Job, Per Month)
2Supply & Replacement of 2.0 TR Compressor in the existing Hot & Cold STAC along with gas charging, testing & commissioning etc. complete as reqd. i/c buy back of credit dismantle material.
3Note:- During the preparation of any running or final bill by the contractor it is essential that the contractor shall submit GST paid invoice, E-way bill and delivery challan for all items without these documents the bill will not be considered submitted in proper form & shall be returned back to the contractor by Junior Engineer (E).
