Cleaning of roof top & water tanks, storm water drains to be done twice in a month including all machinery, equipment, scaffolding, safety measures etc. The work also include daily collection & disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping ground or MCD Dhalao all complete in all aspect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate is including material and T&P.Note: All Saftey kits for execution of above items/work will be provided by the contractor to the Environmental Assistant (EA). |

| 5 | Note:- 1 Minimum 3 nos. Environmental Assistant shall be engaged on each working day in paschim vihar office and minimum 2 Nos Environmental Assistant shall be engaged on each working day in LM office DDA. In case of any failure or in case of acute staff deployment a penality of Rs 2000 shall be imposed for each time.2 The rates quoted, should not be less than 10% below the estimated cost put to tender.3 Liquid Phenyl mixed with water in recommended proportion shall be used for cleaning.4 The urinals, water closet, toilets, wash basin and looking mirrors etc. shall be cleaned daily with cleaning agent of standard quality or as approved by Engineer-in-charge.5 All parking/open area shall be swept daily including cutting and removal of all vegetation, garbage and waste material collected during cleaning operation.6 The Environmental Assistant on all working days in week or as and when required and the plumber,carpenter as and when required, should be present from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. If the work is not satisfactory or In case of non-obeyance or found late arrival, absent shall be marked for that day and no amount shall be paid for that day along with a penalty of Rs.2000/- per day shall be imposed for each time above to the non payment against work required. In case of any dispute, decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final and binding.7 The agency should quote the rates accordingly as safe disposal within the municipal limits as per DPCC/NGT guidelines will be the sole responsibility of the agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account by the department.Swept material/waste collected shall be disposed off daily in the approved MCD Dhalao or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Taking permission of MCD Dhalao/ Dumping site will be the sole responsibility of agency itself.8 Naphthalene balls to be placed in Urinal, wash basin on alternate day.9 The contractor shall also remove blockages/chokages from the outlets of Urinals/Toilets, Chocked line if any, shall be cleaned off at priority.10 All the materials such as phenyl, disinfectant surface cleaner etc. used at site should be of standard quality or as approved by Engineer-in-charge.11 All safety measures/precautions are to be taken while doing the work in the office complex. In case of any casuality, agency will be sole responsible.12 During execution of work if any challan is received in this office from NGT, MCD,DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other govt. agency, the same shall be borne by the agency and if fails, the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account.13 All T& P and toiletery/office materials shall be arranged by the contractor and shall have to brought at least one month in advance as per approved brand or as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.14 The agency shall ensure minimum wages paid to the Environment Assistants, Plumber & Carpenter as per wage issued by GNCTD or Govt. of India, whichever is higher.
