| 5 | Curved Screen 11*6 Meter Design,Supply installation testing and commissioning of minimum 11m wide by 6m high curved metal structure for indoor projector screen. The structure should be with MS sections with Hot-Dip Galvanizing/ PU paint with primer with a slim profile depth of 6 to 10 inches. The top minimum 11m*4m shall be utilized for projection and bottom portion need to be creatively designed for aesthatic feel matching with the auditorium/ branding works as per diection of EIC. The metal skeleton is to be cladded with 6-10mm flexible plywood of superior quality i.e.Borer- Fungus proof & Anti-Termite Guarantee (Preservative Treated as per IS 5539), BWP Grade to form a seamless curve free from any joint/distortion. Designing engineering, fabrication,mounting arrangement, clamping, grouting, anchoring all civil works etc along with the removal of the existing screen are included in the item. |
| 6 | Supply and painting with high quality screen Paint suitable for large screen projection with an appropriate gain. The Paint should be Matt white nontoxic, acrylic, Water based Coating and should be suited for surface such as dry wall, plywood, plaster and masonry. Paint should be lead-free, durable, museum grade acrylic base and should not be degraded by UV light. Paint must be strongly resistant to yellowing. Paint should be chosen considering Image Size, Projector Light Output, Ambient Light levels and Content complete as per direction of EIC. |

Research & Script writing: Preparation of research based script including storyline, narration, actions, expression and dialogue of the characters, drama etc. The storyline to be approve/vetted by the ASI/experts.Audio Visual Content: includes visual Storyboard, Storytelling, 2D 3D animation, Graphics, Art Works, Archival Imagery, Video-timeline, SFx, VFx, Voiceovers and Music etc for the show.Music composition and direction: conceptualization and designing of music track for VO, musician to play instruments. background sound. archival sound mixing and design, songs, etc.Art Work: includes design and development of pictures, digital illustration, sketch, characters, etc for the show. The Artwork should be created by professional Artist and Illustrator.Voiceovers: The narrator voiceover will be of renowned artist in the industry.
