9Repair of regulator 215 HP motor with replacement of insulator complete with copper studs, half round contact, small copper strip, nut bolt, washer, tapping up on T-oil etc. complete in all respect installed at bed no.2 at W/S sec-26, Chd.
10Repair of split casing horizontal single stage centrifugal pump coupled with 215 HP slipring motor installed in new pump house at water works sec-26 Chd. with replacement of following parts.
11Dismantling of pump with the help of chain pulley coupled with existing motor complete in all respect.
12Providing and fixing of gun metal sleeve as per existing size with machining etc. complete in all respects.
13Providing and fixing of gun metal alignment bush complete in all respect.
14Providing and fixing of bronze neck ring as per exisitng complete in all respect.
15Providing and fixing of check nut as per existing size complete in all respect.
16Providing and fixing of ball bearing 6314 complete in all respect Make:- SKF
17Re-metalling of SS shaft for bearing seat driving and non driving side i/c cost of machnining, turning etc. complete in all respect.
18Carriage of pump from site to work shop & work shop of site.
19Re-fixing of pump after repair i/c the cost of gland dori, packing sheet complete.
20Partial repair of rotor i/c cost of connection glass lead 120mm2-12 mtr, crimping, of thimble both side, cleaning , washing and varnishing red becktrol, backing etc. repairing of cooling air fan, welding, turning and fixing complete in all respect for 430 HP slipring motor at water works sec-26, Chd.
