2Providing and fixing radial exhaust turbo ventilator (extraction capacity of minimum 100 cft per minute air circulated fan of 22\\" throat dia wind ventilator with FRP base plate) including cost of fixing turbo/ wind ventilators on new 0.510mm thick pre-coated GI profile sheet roofing on godown roof including cost of transportation of all materials, tools and plants, fixtures/fastenings, labour insurance safet measures etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge inlcuding guarantee for turbo ventilator of minimum 3 years and performance warranty etc., complete.
3Servicing and repairing of rolling shutters including removing and refixing of top cover adjusting dislocated laths and leveling the shafts if any cleaning the springs side guide with kerosene oil lightening/loosening the spring applying grease (luberox cup grease II or equivalent) on spring side guiders and making the shutter for easy pull and push operations etc., complete.
4Providing and fixing rolling shutter springs of 27.5 cm long wire spring grade no.2 for rolling shutters including labour charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
5Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area beyond 3 sq. metres
6Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths,interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover
7Supplying and fixing at site rolling shutter made of 80x1.20mm machine rolled lathes/ bottom plates arrangement for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation etc.complete of required thickness etc. for rolling shutters
8Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 18Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm
19Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.
20Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
21Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types of (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.
22Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively.
23Providing and fixing PTMT urinal cock of approved quality and colour. 15mm nominal bore, 80 mm long , 42 mm high and 30 mm wide with BSP female threads weighing not less than 48 gms.

35Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works
36Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
37Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
38Supply of services of semi-skilled labour like carpenter, Mason, plumber etc. on daily rate basis for day-to-day maintenance whenever requried as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
39Supply of services of labour like beldar/ coolie/ helper etc. on daily rate basis for day-to-day maintenance atleast weekly once as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
40Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 50mm average thickness
41Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 42Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.
