1Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness by mechanical means using dozer including cost of all labour, T&P, cess etc required to complete the work in all respect as per clause no. 201 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
2Stripping of excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor/vibrator including cost of labour, T&P, cess etc required to complete the work in all respect as per clause no. 3003 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
3Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum, gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300 mm width, laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compacting with plate compactor/ vibrator or power rammers to restore the original alignment, levels and slopes including cost of all materials, labour , T&P , lead and lift , cess etc complete in all respect as per clause no. 3002 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge
4Filling of crack using slow - curing bitumen emulsion and applying crusher dust in case crack are wider than 3mm including cost of all labour, materials, T&P,carriage, royalty, cess etc required to complete the work in all respect as per clause no. 3004.3.3 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge
5Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of all labour, materials,T&P,carriage, cess etc required to complete the work in all respect as per clause no. 503 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
6Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grading-II with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) complete in all respects including cost of all labour, materials, T&P, carriage, royalty, cess etc and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
7Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surfaces when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) including cost of all labour,materials T&P, carriage, royalty,cess etc and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
8Supplying and fixing of 80mmthick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make ,design ,colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc complete in all respect conforming to IRC-63:2018 including cost of all materials, labour , T&P, carriage, cess etc complete in all respect as per specifications and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge
9Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material including cost of all labour , T&P , lead and lift, cess etc complete in all respect as per clause no. 304 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
10Sand Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing & technical specification including cost of all labour , materials, T&P, carriage, roaylty, cess etc complete in all respect as per clause no. 304 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
11Construction of granular sub-base Grading-II by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) including cost of all labour, materials,T&P, carriage, royalty, cess etc and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
12Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORTH specification clause No. 406 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) complete in all respects including cost of all labour, materials, T&P, carriage, royalty, cess etc and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
13Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including cost of all labour,materials, T&P,cess etc required to complete the work in all respect as per clause no. 803 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
14Providing and erecting a \\"Thrie\\" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 2 m high with 1.15 m below ground level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 546 mm long complete as per clause 811 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) including cost of all labour, materials,T&P, carriage, cess etc and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
15Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory sign as per IRC. 67 made of class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheeting vide clause no. 801.3 3mm/4mm thick Aluminum composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25mm x 3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB.3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45cm x 60cm , 60cm below ground level as per drawing as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67 including cost of all labour,materials, T&P, crriage, cess etc required to complete the work in all respect as per clause no. 801 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .

24Providing and erecting a designated support system of aluminium alloy or galvanised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved plans & as per IRC 67 for over head sign board including cost of all labour,materials, T&P, carriage, cess etc required to complete the work in all respect as per clause no. 802 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
25Providing fitting and fixing of 3mm thick corrosion resistant aluminium alloy sheet reflectorised with high intensity retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lense type with vertical and lateral clearance given in Clause 802.2 and 802.3 and installed as per clause 802.7 and as per structural design requirements and approved plans and as per IRC:67 including cost of all labour,materials, T&P, carriage,cess etc required to complete the work in all respect as per clause no. 802 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
